By downloading, purchasing, or using SHIFT Beat, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License and permitted use
SHIFT Beat is licensed, not sold. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the app while your license is active. You may not resell, share, reverse engineer, bypass licensing, or use the app unlawfully.
3. Payments and renewal
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Subscription, renewal, and cancellation details shown during checkout form part of your purchase. Access may end when a subscription expires or is cancelled.
4. Your content and responsibilities
You are responsible for the audio, recordings, and other content you use. You must have the necessary rights and follow applicable copyright and other laws.
5. Availability and updates
SHIFT Beat only works on macOS 15 Sequoia or newer, on Intel and Apple Silicon Macs. We may update, improve, change, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and compatibility may change as operating systems or third-party services evolve.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost data, lost profits, or issues caused by unsupported hardware, third-party software, or misuse of the app.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when these terms are violated, licensing is bypassed, payment is invalid, or use creates security or legal risk.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the app or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
